Terms and Conditions for Participation in Next Up North Programme

By submitting your application to the Next Up North programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Transparency
To be eligible for participation in the Next Up North programme, you must answer all questions in the application form with full honesty and transparency. You acknowledge that the programme is specifically intended for artists from marginalised communities.

2. Distribution and No Further Commitment
CPWM Records will distribute your singles/EP as part of your participation in the Next Up North programme. However, participation in this programme does not constitute any further commitment from CPWM Records beyond the scope of the programme, including but not limited to: a record deal, publishing agreement, management agreement, or any other future contractual obligations.

3. Press and Radio Support
Next Up North includes press and radio plugging support. Due to the nature of these promotional strategies, CPWM Records cannot guarantee specific support or coverage from publications, radio presenters, or other media outlets.
