BOSSdaddy, a renowned DJ and producer originally from Barnsley and currently residing in Leeds, is celebrated for his unique approach to music production. Utilizing MPCs, BOSSdaddy crafts immersive auditory experiences that transport listeners on a nostalgic journey reminiscent of 90s video game soundtracks.
His creative process involves sampling sounds from an eclectic array of sources, ranging from obscure comedy records to synthesizer melodies produced on an SH101. These samples are then meticulously re-sampled and manipulated on his MPC, resulting in a distinctive sonic palette that captivates audiences and defies traditional genre boundaries.
